Sometimes your opinion may change regarding the products you have purchased, it is okay.

We have facilitated the return or exchange process through the following procedures:


Time period policy for returning or exchanging purchases:


  1. If you wish to exchange or return the product, you must contact us first.
  2. The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and has not undergone any changes. The customer will bear the full shipping costs, and the cost of the product will be returned to the customer within 7-14 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
  3. The customer has the right to replace the product with another product after sending the shipment within 7 working days, and he must bear the full shipping cost and the product cost difference, if any.
  4. If the product is defective, or does not conform to the specifications specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days. In this case, the customer must send all data related to the order: order number - bill of lading - pictures or video of the defective product with verification. All product accessories are available in good condition. The customer then has the right to refund the full amount or replace it with another product (according to the customer’s desire).
  5. Products included in discounts and offers cannot be exchanged or returned, with the exception of a defect in the product.
  6. The order cannot be canceled after the bill of lading is issued or if the shipment has been delivered to shipping companies. If the customer does not want to receive the shipment, he must contact the shipping company and inform them of his unwillingness to receive the shipment. After the shipment is returned to us, the customer bears the full shipping cost.
  7. If the customer refuses to receive the order after the shipping company contacts him, the customer will bear all shipping and delivery costs, if any, back and forth, noting that the shipping cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.


Cases that do not accept returns


  • Returns and exchanges do not include wholesale products.
  • Return and exchange after using the product for any reason unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • When the product changes from its original condition or its box is opened for any reason.
  • Returns are not accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt, and exchanges are not accepted after 7 days.
  • Returns are not accepted for personal use products such as socks, girdles, whether sports or cosmetic, bathroom chairs, in addition to home care appliances, tampons, etc.
  • Returns are not accepted for any other products whose return would harm the health of customers.
  • Products that were installed at the customer's site are not accepted for return and cannot be returned to their original condition.
  • Products that are manufactured at the request of the customer according to specifications specified by him.



Warranty and maintenance:

The warranty is only for medical devices according to the agent’s warranty

Such as electric chairs, electric beds, or any electrical device. If the malfunction of the device itself is proven, it will be returned to the agent for repair or replacement.


Cancellation of orders:

When canceling the order, depositing the amounts may take a period of time between 7-14 working days, depending on the customer’s bank.
