Lifepak 1000
The Physio-Control Lifepak 1000 is an easy-to-use automated external defibrillator (AED) from the leader in defibrillation technology. But it’s also a rugged, adaptable defibrillator for professional first responders, featuring advanced capabilities that can help improve life-saving outcomes and speed the transition of cardiac patients to the next critical level of care. Not every cardiac emergency is the same. Nor is every first responder. Your world demands flexibility—and that’s exactly what the Physio-Control Lifepak 1000 defibrillator delivers.
- DURABLE CONSTRUCTION - Rigorously tested device, protective case and bumpers
- Vehicle Friendly - Designed to drive in any vehicle without harm from constant vibrations and other movements
- It can escalate the defibrillation force to 360 joules.
- Industry-leading 360J Carmax Technology - Reduces CPR interruptions by allowing compressions to continue while the AED is charging
- ECG Capability - Tri-angle ECG function available when needed
- Shock Meter - Records and displays digital shocks for insight

- The ECG Mode ECG Monitor provides a non-diagnostic ECG display of the patient's heart rhythm.
- Power sequence in manual mode
- Provides power at levels specified in setup mode.
- Shipping time:
200 joules in less than 7 seconds (typical)
360 joules in less than 12 seconds (typical)
- Shock Alert System AED Mode
(SAS): ECG analysis system that advises whether a shock is appropriate, and meets the rhythm recognition criteria specified in DF80 and IEC 60601-2-4. In AED mode, the device only allows a shock if SAS advises defibrillation. Shock readiness time Time of first shock (it is recommended to connect electrodes to a patient in the operating position and find the initial rhythm):
Less than 25 seconds to 200 joules
Less than 30 seconds to 360 joules
